Return & Refund Policy

Can I request for return and exchange?

1. Item return and exchange will be accepted in the events of:-

  • Manufacturing defect upon received
  • Incorrect items delivered
     

2. Item return and exchange will not be accepted in the events of:-

  • Buyer's mistaken selecting wrong products option (size / shape / color & etc)
  • Item doesn't suits the buyer / change of mind
  • Goods has been damaged by the buyer
  • Product quality not up to expectation
  • Buyer do not like the products
  • Any reason other than manufacturing defect and incorrect items
     

3. Please take note that products with the following conditions will not consider as defect or damage:-

  • Size differences in 1-3cm
  • Product packaging deformed during delivery process
  • Products color / tone differences with website photos

 

 

Can I request for a refund?

1. Only in the event that the return items is Out of Stock, buyer may request for a refund.

2. All refund will be done within 7 working days after the refund request approved.

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. All return request must be submitted to Eluxe Lighting through Whatsapp +6010-978 4868 within 24 hours upon goods received. 

2. Goods must be return to Eluxe Lighting within 7 working days upon goods received by the buyer.

3. Eluxe Lighting reserves the right to reject buyer's return or exchange which are submitted more than 24 hours or buyer shipped the goods more than 7 working days upon goods received.

4. The returned goods should be unused and with the original packaging and all accessories or spare parts. The goods returned will be inspected by Eluxe Lighting once received. Any used items or damages caused by buyer's own careless will not be accepted for refund.

5. The returned goods must be well packed with bubble wrap to avoid any damage during the delivery process. Eluxe Lighting will not be responsible for all shipment lost and item damage during the return transit.

6. The return shipment fee will be borne by Eluxe Lighting for manufacturing defective or incorrect product sent by Eluxe Lighting.

7. The return and resend shipment fee will be borne by the buyer for any used or damaged products caused by buyer's own careless.

8. Goods will be resend or refund will be initiated to the buyer within 7 working days after inspection.
